Smoky, fire-roasted red peppers are blended with walnuts, garlic, and olive oil to create a rich and flavorful muhammara. A bright summer salad of ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and briny feta brings freshness to the table and can be adapted with other seasonal ingredients. Charred eggplant is drizzled with a fragrant mint and garlic dressing, adding a perfect balance of smoky and herbal notes. Juicy chicken souvlaki, marinated in warm Mediterranean spices and grilled to perfection, is served with a creamy, cooling tzatziki sauce for the perfect contrast of flavors.

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
