Onigiri

An iconic Japanese food, we will show you how to shape steamed rice and stuff it with a variety of fillings. When you are all done, you will wrap each onigiri with a piece of seaweed. It’s a healthy and well-balanced meal that’s easy to make when you are on the go.

Beef Croquettes

These delicious Japanese croquettes combine ground beef with mashed potatoes and onions. Then they are formed into patties, coated with panko, and deep-fried to a golden brown.

Takoyaki

These crispy bite-sized balls are typically filled with diced octopus and other colorful, and textural ingredients. Cooked in a special molded pan that gives a crispy exterior and a soft, gooey interior. Served with a sweet sauce, mayonnaise and bonito flakes.
