Enjoy making delicious dishes from one of the best cuisines of the world. The evening includes a cooking lesson, a brief Spanish culinary language lesson, and cultural information about Peruvian traditions and gastronomy.

Ocopa

Boiled potatoes topped with a creamy, spicy sauce made from ají amarillo peppers, roasted peanuts, cheese, and fresh herbs.



Arroz Chaufa

 Peruvian-style fried rice featuring soy sauce, vegetables, eggs, and your choice of protein, infused with Chinese-Peruvian flavors.

Chicha Morada Drink

A refreshing purple corn drink simmered with pineapple, cinnamon, cloves, and a touch of lime

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
