2 Empanadas, Chimichurri & Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
Discover the flavors of Argentina in this hands-on class where you’ll prepare two traditional empanadas filled with creamy corn and other classic ingredients. You’ll also learn to make chimichurri, a vibrant herb sauce of parsley, garlic, and olive oil, and finish on a sweet note with homemade dulce de leche ice cream. Japanese Street Foods

In this fun and flavorful class,you’ll explore the vibrant world of Japanese street food. Learn to make Onigiri—hand-shaped rice balls with savory fillings, wrapped in seaweed. Fry up golden, crispy Beef Croquettes made with seasoned ground beef, potatoes, and onions. Then master Takoyaki, the beloved octopus-filled snack cooked in a specialty pan until crisp on the outside and soft inside, topped with sweet sauce, mayo, and bonito flakes. A hands-on introduction to some of Japan’s most iconic bites!

French Elegance: The Art of Coq au Vin

This class gives you the skills to prepare a refined French dinner rooted in tradition. You’ll master Coq au Vin, tender chicken braised in red wine with mushrooms, pearl onions, and herbs, and pair it with a crisp French bistro salad tossed in a classic vinaigrette. Along the way, you’ll learn the importance of slow cooking, flavor layering, and the French approach to turning simple ingredients into timeless elegance.

Halloween Kids Baking Class

Come to have some spooky fun as we teach your child how to make delicious Halloween treats. From creative-looking cupcakes to spooky cookies, our class will provide a hands-on experience that will leave your child feeling confident in the kitchen. Our experienced pastry chef will guide your child through each step of the baking process, ensuring that they have a fun and educational experience.

Fall Macarons

Learn to make macarons using both the French and Italian methods. Pipe them out and make the fillings while they dry. Students will make enough to take a small box home to share.

Mediterranean Romance: Tunisian

Celebrate the mix of Mediterranean ingredients in our kitchen with this vibrant Tunisian menu. Learn to use a Dutch oven to make a flavorful tagine, combine spices to make an accompanying condiment, and fill two types of pastry one savory and the other sweet.

Christmas Cooking Events

Tapas de Navidad

Celebrate Christmas with a culinary journey through Spain and France in this 2.5-hour class. Begin with two Southern Spanish Christmas canapés—vibrant Andalusian bites full of festive flavor—before moving on to Carrillada Ibérica, a rich and tender Iberian pork cheek braised to perfection. Finish with a luxurious Duck Magret, seared and glazed in a sweet orange sauce, paired with roasted vegetables and confit fingerling potatoes for an unforgettable holiday meal.

Peruvian Christmas Dinner

Join us for a festive 2.5-hour class exploring the rich flavors of a traditional Peruvian Christmas feast. Begin with Asado, a seared and roasted eye of round beef, served alongside Andean mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or quinoa. Savor the season with a comforting Hot Amazonian 100% cacao drink, served with warm spices, and whipped cream. Finish with Peruvian Home-made Panetone, a Peruvian-Italian sweet bread with raisins and dried fruit, perfect for the holiday table.​

Dîner de Nöel Français

We will guide you through a full meal from entree to dessert. Learn to sear meat, work with puff pastry, make a salad dressing, poach an egg, and more. Afterward, you will be able to make this scrumptious menu for your friends and family with confidence.

Baby Panetones

Kids 7-11 will learn to make baby panetone, the Italian holiday bread. Squeezing and shaping this soft supple dough before it is baked is half the fun. The other half is decorating them afterward with colorful icings. Students will take home a small box to share with those at home.

Bûche De Noël (Yule Log)

Classic French chocolate roulade filled with hazelnut whipped cream and iced with chocolate ganache. Make meringue mushrooms, marzipan pine cones, and candied cranberries to decorate. Each student gets to take home their own yule log.
