In this fun and flavorful class,you’ll explore the vibrant world of Japanese street food. Learn to make Onigiri—hand-shaped rice balls with savory fillings, wrapped in seaweed. Fry up golden, crispy Beef Croquettes made with seasoned ground beef, potatoes, and onions. Then master Takoyaki, the beloved octopus-filled snack cooked in a specialty pan until crisp on the outside and soft inside, topped with sweet sauce, mayo, and bonito flakes. French Elegance: The Art of Coq au Vin
This class gives you the skills to prepare a refined French dinner rooted in tradition. You’ll master Coq au Vin, tender chicken braised in red wine with mushrooms, pearl onions, and herbs, and pair it with a crisp French bistro salad tossed in a classic vinaigrette. Along the way, you’ll learn the importance of slow cooking, flavor layering, and the French approach to turning simple ingredients into timeless elegance.

Learn to make macarons using both the French and Italian methods. Pipe them out and make the fillings while they dry. Students will make enough to take a small box home to share.

Celebrate the mix of Mediterranean ingredients in our kitchen with this vibrant Tunisian menu. Learn to use a Dutch oven to make a flavorful tagine, combine spices to make an accompanying condiment, and fill two types of pastry one savory and the other sweet.
